WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept PayNow, Bank Transfers and PayPal.

PayNow/Bank Transfers

Please indicate your order number as the "Bill Reference Number" on your banking app/website during the transaction if you are using PayNow/bank transfer.

If your payment is successful, you will receive an email of receipt from us within 24hrs. Do keep a screenshot of your payment transaction in the event we ask for it.

PayPal

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout with your credit card.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

For the assurance of all our customers, items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable to ensure absolute hygiene.

Should you require more information about any product prior to making a purchase, please feel free to reach out to us. We will be happy to assist you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We seek to serve up the best service possible by processing your orders quickly. If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately and we will gladly assist you. However, once the order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel or make changes anymore.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?

We provide free delivery island wide for orders of $40 and above.

$5 delivery fees apply for orders below $40.

If your order contains chilled items that need to get to you on the same day, a delivery fee of SGD10 will be added instead.

*We do not deliver to Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Changi Airport cargo zones, military basecamps.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We will ship out your orders the next business day. You should be expecting your items between 1-3 business days, however we cannot guarantee the actual delivery dates as we are using a third-party courier. 

Delays can be expected during high volume periods such as GSS, 11.11, Christmas etc. Do time your orders accordingly during such periods to avoid disappointments caused by shipment delays and the unavailability of stocks.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

The delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery. You can let him know if you want him to leave your parcel somewhere safe outside your house.

A fee of SGD10 will be charged in the event a re-delivery has to be scheduled.
